Set read-only once the team is confirmed active on the new CRM, then wound down. May was the last active month, as agreed.

Email & Activity Complete
Phase 3: activity log (notes, tasks, calls, meetings), Gmail integration, compose/send from an event, AI thread summaries, and DataChat.
August 29, 2026
Reporting & Dashboards Complete
Phase 4: per-designer commission reports, firm-wide commission summary, Designer Performance dashboard, and personal Home dashboard.
