Two themes today: the new Activity Module and the Email & Activity integration are both live at crm.hmrdesigns.com (deployed June 19) — and all three items you raised on the June 12 UAT are resolved. Your existing login works; nothing to install.
“Everything you do with a client — an email, a call, a site visit — now lives on one timeline you can open from the event, the contact, or the venue.”
On June 12 you confirmed the direction: compose email from an event, flexibly link a message to the event / contact / planner, get AI suggestions for what a message relates to, and keep a cached inbox — so designers don't have to leave the CRM to do email work.
Live now. A designer connects their Google account once via secure OAuth (we never see the password). From there: a Gmail-backed inbox where every row carries CRM signals; one-click Log to Record with pre-filled Event / Contact / Company suggestions and the reason each was suggested; compose & send straight from a record (auto-logged); a Google Calendar source so meetings log the same way; and an org-wide guardrail so if two people log the same email it extends one record instead of creating a duplicate. All 13 sub-tasks complete.
Connect your Gmail and try logging a couple of real emails onto records — tell us anything that feels off before we widen it to the team.
A single place to see everything that has happened with a client — not a split between an “Activities” tab and an “Email” tab on separate screens.
Deployed to production and switched on June 19. One day-grouped timeline — email, notes, calls, tasks, meetings and deadlines interleaved — now sits on every Event, Contact and Venue. A new firm-wide Activities feed (CRM menu → Activities) streams every touch across all records with a filter rail (search · scope · type · owner · date), topped by an AI Digest (Blockers / Awaiting reply / Coming up). Quick Log drops a note, task or call in one line; Email this record and Import email / meeting pull Gmail and Calendar items onto the timeline.

Three items from the last UAT: curate the event-type list yourself, clean up the New Event form, and keep the producer/designer roster current.
Flag any producers or designers missing from the dropdowns — the list reflects the HMR Dev environment we're connected to for testing, so we'll troubleshoot that connection if anyone's absent.
AI that summarizes a record's history and long email threads, so you don't have to read every message to know where things stand.
The firm-wide AI Digest on the global Activities page is live now. Per-record AI summaries use the same engine and switch on once the production AI key is set; thread-level summarization (a short paragraph per conversation) is the next slice. No action needed from you — this is on us.
From the last call: get a couple of your team members actively using the CRM — we'd targeted the week of June 22.
Pick 1–2 producers/designers to start logging real work this week so we can watch for issues with live use. We'll support onboarding directly.
Carried forward from June 12 (Bob & Jonathan were out): with the custom CRM now live, plan the formal Nutshell cancellation — who notifies them, and the timing relative to the billing cycle.
