We are building an AI-native enterprise transformation and change management platform called ChangeCurve.ai.

This is NOT a simple chatbot project.

We are developing a sophisticated enterprise transformation intelligence system that combines:

• advanced prompt orchestration
• structured transformation activity frameworks
• enterprise reasoning systems
• retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• transformation heuristics
• and AI-driven execution planning

We already have:

• a modular Prompt Manager
• multiple specialized prompt domains
• Supabase infrastructure
• Replit application environment
• structured change management workflows
• and enterprise transformation domain expertise

We also have highly sophisticated domain prompts already developed.

We are looking for someone who can help:

• refine and modularize enterprise prompts
• improve prompt orchestration architecture
• design structured reasoning frameworks
• integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• improve consistency and realism of outputs
• design prompt injection and retrieval strategies
• structure transformation activity intelligence
• and help evolve our AI architecture from "prompt-based generation" into a true enterprise transformation intelligence system

• 3+ years building production LLM systems
• Deep experience with RAG, vector databases, prompt chaining
• Experience with enterprise software architecture
• Strong Python skills
