Camelot Compute Charges auto-triggered on shipment completion. Supply line items auto-populated for all brands with dimensions loaded. Metacine pilot validated end-to-end; all remaining brands configured and spot-checked.

End-to-end dry run across all clients, all buckets with Danny and Rita present. Automated output validated against known-good manual output. All brand-specific edge cases and field mapping issues identified and resolved.

Full system signed off by Danny Castro and Rita Murillo. All four buckets live: EDI extraction, Camelot entry, routing + ASN, billing. System stable before October holiday order volume hits — Q4 does not crumble this year.

All system credentials and the TecOMS decision must land by June 1. No engineering work starts on any bucket without credentials in hand. This is the single gate to the entire plan — slipping it by one week compresses every downstream sprint.

Bucket 3 → Bucket 2
ASN automation (EDI 855 + 856) requires machine-readable label data — UPS tracking numbers generated programmatically by TechShip API. Bucket 2 cannot start until at least Bucket 3A (TechShip) is live and tracking numbers are accessible via code.

Product Dimensions → Bucket 4
Billing engine requires SKU-level dimensions + weights loaded in Camelot for box selection. Danny Castro must drive collection from all brands by mid-July. No code workaround exists — DataStudios cannot build around missing data. Brands without dims by mid-July will not have automated billing on Sep 30.

Camelot API Auth → Bucket 1B
Camelot API endpoints are confirmed (Danny, Session 3 — existing TecOMS endpoints are the reuse asset). Auth credentials and endpoint documentation must be delivered June 1. Camelot write-back cannot start without them — it is the first Track A deliverable.

Nordstrom CTE Portal → Bucket 3B
CTE portal login credentials and MATM# approval email format required for Nordstrom TMS automation. Must be delivered by Danny/Rita before mid-June. Nordstrom is the highest-complexity routing path — one PO may ship to 5+ distribution centers.

Danny + Rita Sign-Offs → Each Phase
Validation at end of each major phase requires a 30-minute review with Danny and/or Rita. Sign-offs must be pre-scheduled from day one. A blocked sign-off prevents downstream work from starting on validated output and can cascade into the September dry run.
